School Can Be Fun~!
Mood: EXCITED
Playing: Jar of Hearts-Christina Perri
I'm currently sitting on a couch in a Japanese school girl outfit because I just came home from a Japanese festival. I was going to go with Tiffany, Tina, and Maggie tomorrow, but they never texted me the information and time, so I figured, might as well go by myself. It's better to go by yourself then to wait for friends and not go at all, right? I should be working on my Geometry homework, but I wanted to do a post about my school life. I almost always share the more Asian aspects of my life with my readers because face it, most of my readers are in love with Japan. I rarely share with you the normal American things in my life and have it be well received. So here you go, a post about what goes on at school!
Maggie brought this candy back from Taiwan for Tiffany and Tiffany was so kind as to give me two pieces! One Original Calpico and one Grape Calpico! Super yummy!
If you read this post, then you will remember how low the water was. With a tiny bit of rain, it became a real nice stream!
When I went to the homecoming game, each class put on a play and the freshman had Up! They let go a huge bunch of balloons, as you can see above! The juniors did Finding Nemo and they also let a bouquet of balloons fly. While at the game, I hung out with Tina, Tiffany, Sophie, Aadil, Clare, Aspen, and Maggie, but Maggie ditched us!
Then I went to our homecoming dance the next day, which wasn't a dress up formal dance like I was hoping for. We were all running around in jeans or shorts! Doesn't it look like a wannabe club? It's just missing all the over 21 things!
They gave us these glasses that gave us Kaleidoscope Eyes! Get it? It's a reference to The Beatles! Isn't it so cool? Now I'm just going to spam you with Kaleidoscope Eyes pictures!
As you can see, I really liked taking photos with the glasses. I want to put these up on my DeviantArt because they're so pretty and they make me so happy!
This was originally a stamp with my high school's name. When I washed my hands, it came out like this. Looks like a face with a mustache, huh?
This is a picture of what loners Tina, Sophie and I are. Ceajae took a photo of us thinking it was funny how we were hovering over our phones because we weren't having fun at the dance. Did you notice that the three of us are all wearing bows? Now, did you notice that Tina and I are wearing matching ones?!?!?! So yeah, this post has summarized my school adventures so far.

Family Reunions Are Crazy and Filled With Food!
Mood: Tired
Playing: Holiday From Real-Jack's Mannequin
Last Saturday, October 23rd, I had a huge-ish family reunion with my mum's side of the family. We had almost 30 people there and it was fun trying to figure out how you were related to everyone there. I met three of my second cousins, including Shanel, Natalie, and Darren. Eileen and Charlene, who are also my second cousins, were there, but they're much older than us! I believe it was Eileen who had an app on her phone called "Shakespearean Insults." I want to get it on my phone because in class, we're studying Romeo and Juliet and practicing our puns! It was actually kind of fun because of all the different personalities. The sad part is most of us live within 30 minutes of each other and we barely see each other. The rest of the family memebers were from the East Coast!
We started off with a dried scallop soup, which was very tasty, but Darren didn't really like it, I think. Actually, Shanel and Darren's father's parents owned a Chinese restaurant and used to make this!
This was some scallop dish, which was very tasty. Needless to say, I didn't eat the lettuce because I'm not found of vegetables at all.
Here's a picture of my dish towards the beginning. I have some noodle dish and a tofu dish on my plate. The mushroom was so tasty!
Here's all the foods on my table. We had around 14 people at each table, so this was only half of the food we ordered! My family ordered way too much food, so do any of you want Chinese leftovers? Hahaha...No seriously, I have tons in my refrigerator...

How often do you have family reunions?
I need to go shower now, so I can watch Project Runway...I really hope Mondo or Andy wins! By the way, I have a cold. Sad face...

I Enjoy Eating :D
Mood: Depressed
Playing: MaGic in youR Eyes-Tommy February6
Lately, I've been taking tons of photos of food and I wanted to just drop them on my blog. I don't want to print them out, but I don't want to delete them, so I figured, why not share it with you?
I went to a Thai restaurant with my mum and I got Thai ice tea because it's just so good!
We shared a bowl of seafood soup. I decided to try a different type of noddles called rice flat noodles instead of the normal hokkien noodles I get. Next time, I want to try it with udon instead.
We also shared a plate of fried rice. I know it's easy to make, but this place makes it just so good!
This is an appetizer we got called money bags. It's filled with ground meat and coconut! Wow, the two of us got a lot of food, huh?
Then my dad and I got take out Japanese food. He got a poke bowl and it is so good. The lighting is so cruddy in my house at night, so my pictures came out with funny coloring...
I got a noodle combination, so it came with zaru udon, which is so refreshing and I also got some spicy tuna rolls! I'm so weird...I got all cold foods to eat for dinner on a rainy day...

Recent (And Not So Recent) Purchases
Mood: Anxious
Playing:Anything Anything-Something Corporate
As you must know by now, I went to San Francisco awhile ago. I wanted to share with you some of the things I got there and some of the things I've purchased and accumulated. I figured I would do a haul because my post with the most comments was a haul, so I guess my readers like seeing hauls! Now that I think about it, most of these purchases aren't recent at all!
I was at a restaurant called Little Beijing in San Francisco, so I went into the store next to it because it had a lovely Hello Kitty display. To my great shock and pleasure, it turned out to be a candy store filled with foreign sweets! I got some Japanese Hi Chew and I'm not sure what country Sugus are from...Do you know?
My mum's cousin gave me these, when we met up with her and my second cousin, her daughter. On the back, it says they were made for a store called Daiso. Does anyone know what a Daiso is? Anyways, I'll be looking forward to trying to coordinate these!
I bought a froggy coin purse to hold my jewelry during lacrosse, but I currently can't find it...The Hello Kitty zombie pin is from Hot Topic and I couldn't resist it. The jellybeans were for science class. They were so colorful that I couldn't help, but put it in my haul! I ate too many in science class and got sick, so did Vivian!
These are my most recent purchases. I saw these earphones on Rebecca's blog, which she got in Taiwan, but I found them in the USA! I couldn't decide between the pink and blue. I decided on blue, since it's my favorite color! The pins were only $1 each, so I couldn't help, but get a few. Nyanko is so hard to find and the Rilakkuma ones were so funny! I encourage you to click on the photo to make it bigger, so you can see all the details!
I bought this quite a few months ago because I desperately wanted something from the tokidoki for Hello Kitty collection, but I couldn't afford anything. The only things I could afford were the scarves and stationary. I figured the stationary I would use up and I wanted something that would last forever, so I got a scarf. I really wanted a purse from the collection...Most of this shopping was fairly cheap within the $10 range or were gifts. The only semi expensive thing here was the scarf...

Louis and Pluck Pluck Take San Fran!
Mood: Anxious
Playing: Last Straw-Jack's Mannequin
Do you get the title? Do you see how clever it is? If you don't, then you don't know the Kardashians! Oh, what lame jokes and references my brain comes up with, when the weather is rainy!
So for my weekend in Berkeley, Louis and Pluck Pluck jumped in my purse for a fun adventure!
While waiting around for the rental car, Louis and Pluck Pluck decided they wanted to walk around and ended up sitting on my brother's saxophone case.
Louis was playing around in the hotel room and he surprised me by hiding in one of the coffee cups! That would be a cute gift idea, huh?
Pluck Pluck and Louis got into a fight with a stone lion on the UC Berkeley campus! Makes you wonder what they did...
The two of them went to a Japanese Garden in San Francisco and had so much fun!
They decided that this was one of their favorite spots that we had visited and demanded many pictures.
If you headed towards the back of the garden, you found this beautiful pond that Louis wanted to swim in.
This bridge was much fun for Pluck Pluck and Louis to climb. Louis made it down for a picture, but I had to climb up to save Pluck Pluck. He was very embarrassed!
Please excuse the jacket in this photo. If it wasn't there, then the faces of Louis and Rip Rip wouldn't show up because it was way too bright! I didn't notice the jacket got into the photo until I got home...
On the next day, we went to the Berkeley gardens up in the mountain-ish area. Louis and Pluck Pluck wanted more photos of themselves online and wanted a whole photo shoot!
There was another Japanese garden at the Berkeley one, so needless to say, it was their favorite!
There's this little strap on my mum's coat that I used to carry Louis around for a bit. I thought it looked rather cute!
On the ride back home, Louis and Pluck Pluck saw me taking out the camera to take a picture of the pastel sky and they begged me to take a picture of them! Someone was giving me weird looks, while I was doing this. On the plane, I got a massive headache for some reason. Does anything weird happen to you on the plane like headaches, motion sickness, or just feeling generally gross?

San Franciso Trip And Berkeley
Playing:BBY BBY-A Virginia Sky
Here are some pictures that I took up in San Francisco and Berkeley from Berkeley's Parents Weekend! We decided to fly there because the driving took way too long and almost drove us bonkers last time!
I can speak Guam! Inside joke between my friends and me, so I had to take a picture of this sign!
While I was walking out of a Chinese restaurant, I saw this motorcycle that had this cute Domo band on it! I found it funny and cute how a tough motorcyclist had a not so tough cute Domo item!
I saw this poster outside of the same restaurant! I want to go so bad! I hope there's one I can drive to instead of fly to. No way am I going to be able to convince my parents to fly me there for it...My cell phone charms are getting all scraped up and the paint is getting ruined. My dad said putting clear nail polish on it will keep it from getting ruined. Do you think that will work? If so, I'll get to work immediately! By the way, Kevjumba is on The Amazing Race on Sunday at 8/7c. I hope he wins because apparently someone made racist Asian remarks. Due to that, I want him to win, so that lady will shut it! I want to watch so badly now!

Rip Rip is Kind of Liking College
Mood: Worried
Playing:Daydream-One Night Only
Yay, for a real post! Hopefully, you will like this, since I skimped on my homework quality to do this. I'm also skimping on my History Day and Craft Fair work to do this, so you better like this! Haha, sorry for trying to guilt you into liking this post!
Rip Rip was so happy to get a visit from Pluck Pluck, his Mini Me, over the weekend.
Rip Rip immediately put Pluck Pluck to work cleaning my brother's and my brother's roommates' dishes! How dare they put these two cuties to work! Don't you love how their dishes are the throw away kind, but they keep on reusing them? Yay, for saving money!
Here the two of them are sitting upon the cereal and soda stack. When I go to college, I hope I don't drink that much soda! Mostly because soda makes me feel rather ill...
While Rip Rip was showing Pluck Pluck around the dorm room, they stumbled past this antique-looking Chinese lamp.
You might remember how Rip Rip enjoyed playing the guitar(click here, if you don't!), but he is now trying to learn how to play the drums!
Rip Rip went and visited the hotel I was staying at and loved how beautiful the marina looked. He used to love boating, until his motion sickness started to act up...
A little bit before the trip to San Francisco and Berkeley, Rip Rip took part in a political rally. You can see the police keeping him out!
By the way, Starry Eyed Bowtique and Hawaii Kawaii are hosting a giveaway with super Harajuku bows as the prize. You ought to go check it out and enter! If you're interested in it, click here! Also, Rebecca showed me this website called LOOKBOOK and I really enjoy looking at the styles, especially Nigel L's photos.
